Refund policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURNS
We have a 3 days return policy. If 3 days have gone by since receipt of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to sanitary reasons, items may only be returned and/or exchanged if the item(s) is received defective. Returns will not be issued for incorrect sizing. Sizing information is available for each product listing, most of the items are true to size (TTS); however, it will be noted if an item runs bigger or smaller.

Defective items will be eligible for store credit only. No cash refunds.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a virtual gift card will be issued to the email address provided when you placed your order.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your virtual gift card, upon approval of your refund, within 48 hours please contact Jandasweetteesco@gmail.com
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
